How do online tarot readings work?
Choose the reading that feels right for you, place your order, and provide any information requested for that service.
I'll personally pull and interpret your cards, then prepare your written reading and deliver it electronically.
Do you personally perform the readings?
Yes. I personally perform and interpret every tarot reading. Your reading is prepared individually, not generated automatically by a tarot interpretation program.
Do I need to ask a specific question?
Not always.
My Open Energy Tarot Reading doesn't require a specific question. It's designed for those moments when you simply want to explore what messages, themes, or circumstances may need your attention.
If you're ordering a reading about a particular situation, please provide the information requested in the service description.
Which tarot reading should I choose?
Open Energy Tarot Reading
This is a good choice when you don't have a specific question and want to explore what the cards may reveal.
Deep Clarity Tarot Reading
Choose this when you're dealing with a particular situation and want a deeper understanding of patterns, underlying influences, or circumstances that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
New Chapter Alignment Reading & Ritual
This service combines an expanded tarot reading with personalized candle work. It's designed for those entering a new phase of life or preparing for a fresh beginning.
How many cards will you pull?
The Open Energy Tarot Reading begins with three cards. I'll pull additional cards when clarification is needed.
The New Chapter Alignment Reading begins with a 13-card spread.
Expanded readings may include additional cards or decks when appropriate. I prefer allowing the reading to unfold naturally rather than limiting every interpretation to a predetermined number of cards.
Will I receive photographs of my tarot cards?
If photographs are included with a particular reading, that information will be listed in the service description.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Please allow 3–5 business days after placing your order for your tarot reading or candle service to be completed.
I personally prepare each service and give it the time and attention it deserves.
Are weekends included in the turnaround time?
No. Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.
How will I receive my tarot reading?
Your completed written reading will be delivered electronically using the contact information provided with your order.
Please double-check your email address before completing your purchase.
How will I know when my candle service is complete?
Once I've completed your candle ritual, I'll send photographs of the service electronically.
Do you offer same-day or emergency readings?
Not at this time, unless a special service is specifically advertised.
Please plan for the standard 3–5-business-day turnaround.
Candle Ritual Services
What is a candle ritual?
A candle ritual is a spiritual practice centered around intention, reflection, and focused attention toward a particular goal or desire.
Depending on the service, I may prepare and dress a candle, write a petition, and perform candle work associated with the intention you've selected.
What happens during my candle ritual?
I personally prepare and perform the candle service on your behalf.
Depending on the ritual, this may include dressing the candle, writing a personalized petition, setting an intention, and performing the candle work.
When the service is complete, I'll email photographs documenting your ritual.
Will you mail the candle to me?
No. My candle offerings are services, not physical candle purchases.
I perform the ritual on your behalf and send photographs electronically. No physical candle is shipped.
What is the Prosperity & Success Candle Ritual for?
This service focuses on intentions involving prosperity, abundance, opportunity, career, business, financial improvement, personal goals, and forward movement.
It's intended as a spiritual practice of intention, not a promise of financial or professional results.
What is the New Chapter Alignment Reading & Ritual?
This service combines an expanded tarot reading with personalized candle work.
It's designed for people experiencing a transition or preparing for something new, such as a birthday, career change, relocation, personal transformation, or fresh beginning.
You don't have to wait for a new year to begin a new chapter.
Can I request a specific outcome?
You're welcome to share the intention behind your candle service.
However, I cannot promise that a ritual will cause a particular person, event, financial opportunity, relationship, or circumstance to change.
My candle work is centered around intention rather than guaranteed results.
Results & Expectations
Can tarot tell me exactly what will happen?
Tarot can offer perspective on situations, patterns, influences, possibilities, and potential directions.
It cannot guarantee that a particular event will happen.
Circumstances change, people make decisions, and everyone has free will. I encourage you to use a reading as an opportunity for reflection rather than a fixed prediction of your future.
Will my reading always be positive?
Not necessarily.
I don't believe in telling people only what they want to hear. My goal is to interpret the cards thoughtfully, honestly, and respectfully.
Sometimes a reading may bring attention to something uncomfortable. When that happens, I'll approach it with care rather than judgment.
Do candle rituals guarantee results?
No.
Candle rituals are spiritual practices centered around intention. They cannot guarantee financial gain, employment, romantic relationships, reconciliation, healing, or any other particular outcome.
Can you tell me if I'm cursed?
I don't use fear to pressure anyone into purchasing spiritual services.
I will never tell you that something terrible will happen unless you buy another reading, cleansing, ritual, or service.
I believe spiritual guidance should encourage reflection and understanding, not create fear or dependency.
Privacy
Is my reading private?
Yes.
I treat the personal information and situations you share with respect and discretion.
I will not intentionally publish your reading, questions, personal circumstances, or service photographs as testimonials or social media content without your permission.
Do I need to provide a lot of personal information?
No.
Please provide only the information requested for your chosen service.
You should never send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details, account credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information as part of a tarot reading or candle service request.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my question after placing an order?
If I haven't started working on your reading, I may be able to accommodate a change.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you've submitted incorrect information.
Once work has begun, changes may not be possible.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order information and the correct email address so I can review the situation.
Can I cancel my order?
Because tarot readings and candle rituals are personalized services, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Once preparation or work on your service has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Are tarot readings and candle services refundable?
Because these are personalized spiritual services and electronically delivered materials, completed services are generally not refundable simply because you disagree with a reading or a hoped-for outcome doesn't occur.
If you receive the wrong service or experience a problem with your order, please contact me so I can review the issue.
Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Can tarot readings replace professional advice?
No.
Tarot readings and candle services are not substitutes for qualified medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
If your situation requires professional assistance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
What if my reading doesn't resonate with me?
That's okay.
Not every interpretation will feel relevant to everyone.
You're welcome to reflect on the messages, consider what feels meaningful, and set aside what doesn't.
Your choices and decisions will always remain your own.
